MyMedicare is voluntary and free to register – MyMedicare aims to formalise the relationship between patients, their general practice, general practitioner (GP) and primary care teams.
Evidence shows that seeing the same GP and healthcare team regularly leads to better health outcomes.

We are constantly striving to improve our services and encourage you provide to feedback. As a first point of contact, please call our friendly reception team with your concerns on (03) 5275 4568.
Alternatively, please feel free to email your concerns to reception@cvmp.com.au – One of our team will respond to you within 2 business days.
Walk-in/Urgent appointments are welcome and will be triaged at reception according to patient needs.
From time to time we understand that urgent medical care needs arise – Please contact us as early as possible to ensure we can meet your needs and let other patients know we may need to delay their appointment.

From 1st January 2026, a $40 fee will be charged for any patient who misses a face-to-face appointment. To avoid the fee, please cancel your appointment at least 2 hours in advance. Any outstanding non-attendance fee must be paid before booking future face-to-face appointments.
Contacting us as early as possible allows us to book in other patients in need of medical care.
